The Regulation entered into force on the day when Poland became a member of the European Union.
Abstract

This Regulation of the Minister of Health is composed of seven Sections and 17 Annexes. The Sections are: General provisions (sect. 1); Requirements for preparations of infant foodstuffs and preparations (sect. 2); Requirements for supplementing foodstuffs including processed cereal products and other foodstuffs for babies and little children (sect. 3); Requirements for foodstuffs used in diets with limited amount of energy to reduce body weight (sect. 4); Requirements for special dietetic foodstuffs used for medical purposes (sect. 5); Substances which may be added to foodstuffs of special feeding use (sect. 6); Transitional and final provisions (sect. 7).
