The Regulation enters into force 14 days after publication in the Journal of Laws.
Abstract

This Regulation of the Minister of Agriculture and Rural Development, which is composed of four Paragraphs, establishes the modalities to submit the application for the certificate required to introduce into the territory of Poland new technologies of livestock breeding. The application must contain: (a) first name, surname and address or name and address of the institute of the mover; (b) first name, surname and address or name and address of the institute which worked out the breeding technology; and (c) place where the breeding technology will be introduced. The following information shall be attached to the application: description of the technology (aims, species of animals, technological conditions of rooms where animals will be kept, way of nutrition and watering, differences between the given technology and other technologies of the same species); and opinion of the competent veterinarian.
