Abstract The present Regulation of the Minister of the Treasury, which is composed of 15 Paragraphs, establishes conditions and mode of entering into an agreement of properties exchange, so that farmers give their properties to the Treasury and get in return properties from the Resource of Agricultural Property of the Treasury.
