The Regulation enters into force 14 days after publication in the Journal of Laws.
Abstract

This Regulation of the Minister of Agriculture and Rural Development, which is composed of 16 paragraphs, establishes requirements of breeding programmes and scope of information essential for livestock books and livestock registers for individual species of animals: cattle, pigs, sheep, goats, thorough bred English and Arabic horses, other horses, fur animals, bees and poultry. The breeding programme is created in the form of the national breeding programme or the crossbreeding programme. The national breeding programme can be implemented as the programme of genetic improving or the programme of protection of genetic resources of animals.
