Schedule A is an "Order of Designation of the Minister of the Environment of New Brunswick" and lists municipalities and watersheds by names and descriptions, declaring them Protected Areas. Schedule B concerns regulations and management of the Protected Areas listed in Schedule A. The Protected Areas are portions of land that are upstream from surface water supply intakes of the named municipalities, and measure 75 metres from the banks of the watercourses listed (Schedule A).
