Abstract

This Regulation changes the title of the original Regulation to “Regulation on the Restriction and Prohibition of Hazardous Substances and Mixtures”. The Regulation amends Article 6 as “In the case of the use of prohibited substances for research listed in Annex 1 the introduction into the market will depend on the permission of the Ministry of Environment and Urbanization. This Regulation also amends Article 7, as “The Ministry of Environment and Urbanization and the Ministry of Health will jointly decide on the restriction procedures of production, introduction into the market, utilization of substances, goods and compounds”. This Regulation amends Article 8, by changing the titles of the Ministries, and amends Article 12, as “The provisions of this Regulation are governed by the Minister of Environment and Urbanization”. This Regulation repeals Provisional Clause 1.
