Abstract

This Regulation amends the Regulation on the protection of breeders’ rights for new plant species. The Regulation amends the first paragraph of Article. 9 on the procedures of the registration of breeders’ rights and repeals sub-paragraphs 2, 3 and 4 of the second paragraph. The Regulation further amends Article. 10 concerning the examination of the applications for the registration of breeders’ rights by the General Directorate of Protectıon and Control. The Regulation also amends sub-paragraph (2) of the paragraph (b) of Article. 16 and paragraphs 1 and 2 of Article. 17.
