Abstract This Regulation amends the Regulation on the protection of breeders’ rights for new plant species. The Regulation amends the first paragraph of Article. 9 on the procedures of the registration of breeders’ rights and repeals sub-paragraphs 2, 3 and 4 of the second paragraph. The Regulation further amends Article. 10 concerning the examination of the applications for the registration of breeders’ rights by the General Directorate of Protectıon and Control.
