Abstract This Regulation amends certain provisions part of the Regulation on the manner and conditions for establishing game farms (originally published in the Official Gazette of Republika Srpska 95/2016). Changes are regarding the contents of article 2 (definition of wildlife game farms), which now declares: “Game farm in a fenced area may be established by a legal entity registered in the Register of Business Entities that perform hunting activities; exceptionally from paragraph 1 of this article, for the purpose of promotion of game and hunting resources of the Republika Srpska, a breeding farm may also be established by a republic administrative body, a tourist organization and other entity; entities referred to in paragraphs 1 and 2 of this article are obliged to fulfill the conditions prescribed by this Regulation”.
