Abstract This Regulation amends Article 13 of the Principal Regulation regarding the herd-based identification of sheep and goats that are raised to be slaughtered before the age of twelve months and will be shipped directly to the slaughterhouse from the enterprise where they were born, and Article 18 regarding the indication of business number and the number of animals in the transport documents for these sheep and goats. Furthermore, this Regulation amends Article 20 regarding slaughtering of sheep and goats for emergency or sacrifice outside the slaughterhouse, Articles 27 and 29 regarding the registration of exported and imported sheep and goats, and Article 63 regarding quarantine of penalized animals.
