Entry into force notes

This Regulation enters into force on the day of the Croatian accession into the European Union.

Abstract

This Regulation amends certain parts of the Regulation on the content and scope of risk assessment in relation to placing on the market of genetically modified organisms or products which contain and/or consist of or derive from genetically modified organisms, methodology for the preparation of assessment (Official Gazette 39/2008).
