Abstract

This Regulation of the Minister of Environment, which is composed of two articles and two Annexes, lays down permissible levels of noise in the environment caused by different groups of noise sources, with the exception of noise caused by landing and departing of aircrafts and power lines. These levels are defined with the use of indicators applying to the determination and control of the conditions for one day, and with the use of indicators applying to long-term policy concerning protection from noise.
