Abstract

This Regulation amends certain contents part of the Regulation on parameters, conformity checking, methods, manner, scope of analysis and implementation of monitoring of health safety of water for human use (originally published in the Official Gazette of Montenegro 64/2018). Changes are regarding the information laid down in Annex 1, item “C. Physico-chemical parameters "sub-item 1", setting maximum permissible concentrations of physico-chemical parameters. This text transposes the Commission Directive (EU) 2015/1787 amending Annexes II and III to Council Directive 98/83/EC on the quality of water intended for human consumption.
