This Regulation entered into force on 26 January 2010.
Abstract

This Regulation of the Minister of Agriculture, Forestry and Food, which is composed of 11 articles, lays down some amendments and addenda to the Regulation on official control of feed of non-animal origin in imports from third countries. In particular, the present Regulation amends provisions concerning entry points for the purpose of imports (specified in art. 3 of the amended Regulation) and obligations of importers of feed of non-animal origin (art. 4). Furthermore, the Regulation establishes the procedure for determining the places of importation (supplemented art. 9a).
