Abstract This Regulation of the Minister of Agriculture and the Environment, which is composed of ten articles, lays down some amendments to the Regulation on identification of apiaries. In particular, the present Regulation amends provisions concerning registration of apiaries (art. 8 of the amended Regulation), identification of apiaries (art. 9) and reporting changes in the register of apiaries (art. 10). Each apiary must be registered in the register of the apiaries. An application for registration of apiary must be submitted not later than 30 days after the occupation of the apiary.
