Abstract This Regulation, which is composed of 20 points, specifies three new groups of hazardous wastes to which the amended Regulation does not apply. The Regulation amends article 9 on controlling and monitoring as well as article 10 on measurement. Annexes 2-5 are amended too, whereas Annexes 6, 8, 9, 10 and 11 are repealed.
