Abstract This Regulation of the Minister of Agriculture and Rural Development is composed of two articles. Equine animals intended for breeding, fattening or slaughtering, transported on the territory of the Republic of Poland from other European Union member states and from the territory of the Republic of Poland to other member states should have the certificate specified in the Commission Regulation No. 599/2004 concerning the adoption of a harmonised model certificate and inspection report linked to intra-Community trade in animals and products of animal origin. The Regulation repeals the previous form of the equine animals health certificate, specified by the amended regulation.
