This Regulation entered into force on 5 July 2012.
Abstract

This Regulation of the Ministry of Environment, which is composed of two paragraphs and two Annexes, establishes the new list of regions of origin where it is allowed to use forest propagation materials coming from other regions of origin (specified in Annex 1) and the list of regions of origin where it is allowed to use forest propagation materials divided into plant height floors (specified in Annex 2).
