This Regulation entered into force on 17 July 2004.
Abstract

This Regulation of the Minister of Agriculture, Forestry and Food, which is composed of two articles, amends provisions governing conditions to be met by animal shelters for abandoned animals. This Regulation establishes that animal shelter may be granted a concession relating to the health of animal kept in a shelter on the basis of regulations governing the conditions which must be met to obtain concessions for zoo or shelter for abandoned animals. Otherwise, if the shelter is not eligible under the regulations specified above, the conditions must be verified by health organization.
