Abstract

This Regulation of the Minister of Agriculture and Rural Development supplements Regulation on detailed methods of the production of fermented wine drinks and methods of analysis of these drinks for the purposes of the official quality control, by establishing requirements for determination of the amount of reducing sugars and reducing sugars after inversion in honey meads.
