This Regulation entered into force on 21 October 2010.
Abstract

The Regulation of the Minister of Environment amends 19 points of Regulation on detailed conditions of hunting and marking carcasses. In particular, this Regulation defines different types of hunting: individual hunting, hunting with stacks, collective hunting, collective hunting from pulpits. Provisions defining conditions of hunting are amended with attention to different types of hunting. Annex 1 specifies the form of authorization for individual hunting and Annex 2 the form of registry book of hunters participating in individual hunting.
