The Regulation enters into force 14 days after publication in the Journal of Laws.
Abstract

This Regulation of the Minister of Environment, which is composed of two paragraphs and one Annex, establishes the new list of substances particularly harmful to water environment for which a water legal permission is required for the introduction of industrial sewage into sewerage devices. The list is specified in the Annex.
