This text entered into force on the day after its publication in the Official Gazette (published on 30 October 2020).
Abstract

This Regulation amends certain provisions part of the Regulation on the form and content of the geodetic report for special land consolidation purposes (originally published in the Official Gazette 55/2014). Changes are regarding the contents of article 5 (five new paragraphs 6, 7, 8, 9 and 10 are added: "- digital cadastral plan (DCP) for the newly established state of the real estate in "*.hml/*.gml" format; - building survey sketch, separate and common parts of buildings and other facilities with the newly proposed state (if they exist in the consolidated area); - certificate for checking the DCP, which confirms that the content of the DCP meets the conditions for thematic and topological consistency for its entry into the electronic system cadastre maintained by the Real Estate Cadastre Agency as an integrated database of graphic and alphanumeric data; - land distribution plan and - numbering of the newly formed cadastral parcels in the consolidation table." The Annex is also here replaced by a new one that is attached to this text.
