Entry into force notes

This text enters into force on the day of its publication in the Official Gazette, with the exception of article 11, which shall enter into force during the 2021 campaign.

Abstract

This Regulation amends several provisions part of the Regulation No 105 of 2006 on the terms and conditions for the establishment, maintenance, access and use of the Integrated Administration and Control System (originally published in the Official Gazette of the Republic of Bulgaria 82/2006, and last amended in the Gazette 18/2020).
