Among the tasks of water managers are: prepare, propose and evaluate water management measures; elaborate the proposals for improving water management and for improving the quality of discharged waste; permanently monitor and control the statement and operation of the facilities, which arrange water management and treatment the waste water; propose and monitor realisation of necessary measures, respectively realise these measures themselves, in case of failure of treatment facilities, or during operational breakdowns, which result even in short-term impairment of the quality of water.
