Abstract

This Regulation, made pursuant to Law (1994:1708) and Law (1994:1708), concern community-led local development in the agriculture and fisheries sector and is additional to various EU instruments concerning support for such local development, notably Regulation (EU) No 1301/2013 of the European Parliament and of the Council on the European Regional Development Fund, Regulation (EU) No 1304/2013 of the European Parliament and of the Council on the European Social Fund, Regulation (EU) No 1305/2013 of the European Parliament and of the Council on support for rural development by the European Agricultural Fund for Rural Development (EAFRD) and Regulation (EU) No 508/2014 of the European Parliament and of the Council on the European Maritime and Fisheries Fund. The Swedish Board of Agriculture shall be the managing authority an certification authority for the program for locally-led development and relevant EU measures.
