Abstract

The Regulation sets guidelines concerning the Swedish Environmental Protection Agency's role in managing the implementation of environmental policies for reducing climate and biodiversity impact (ozone layer) on agriculture, wetland, flora and fauna. The responsibility of the Agency is to coordinate the monitoring and evaluation of environmental quality in adherence to international and EU regulations and by engaging in bilateral cooperation and submitting international reporting of its research. A Supervision and Regulations Council shall be established to ensure that these environmental protection policies are in line with these standards.
