Subjects of ecological offences can be any physical persons including public officials; 3. experts shall be appointed for carrying out ecological expertise; 4. in the process of valuation of damage caused by illegal felling all circumstances must be taken into consideration in order to be able to make conclusions as regards the amount of damage; 5. the fact of presence of a physical person on hunting ground with hunting gear during prohibited season even if no game has been procured must be considered illegal hunting.
