Abstract The present Regulation is made under the Fish and Wildlife Act. The Regulation lays down provisions relating to application and issuing of licences. Section 5 establishes that an appropriate examination shall be administered by a conservation officer and the performance of the applicant shall be assessed by that conservation officer.
