Abstract

This Act makes provision for the registration with the executive member of all incompletely emasculated male of the bovine species over the age of 12 months. If the executive member refuses to register or renew the registration of any bull, the owner thereof shall cause the bull to be emasculated or disposed of in a manner approved by the executive member. The Act also requires bulls to be confined and provides for inspection and certification of registration of bulls.
