The Third Schedule prescribes forms for purposes of the Registered Land Act. Form R.L. 6 is amended by deleting the attestation clause and substituting therefore a new clause. This form concerns the declaration of transferring proprietors that they transfer specified undivided shares that they hold as proprietors in common.
