The Third Schedule prescribes forms for purposes of the Registered Land Act. Form R.L. 5 is amended by deleting the attestation clause and substituting therefore a new clause. This form concerns the declaration of the transferees of a property that they hold the profit as proprietors in common in specified undivided shares.
