Abstract

Registered and restricted pesticides shall be used according to general directions given in the label, and special attention shall be paid to necessary protective clothing and to the pre-harvest interval and witholding period (sect. 3). The uses, restrictions and precautuions as shown in Schedule A annexed hereto shall apply to restricted pesticides listed in Schedule III to the pesticides control Act, as amended (sect. 4). "Pre-harvest interval" means the period before harvest of a crop when no pesticide should be sprayed. "Withholding period" means the length of time after spraying a crop during which livestock should be witheld (sect. 2). (4 sections and a Schedule)
