Abstract

Regulations made under the Pesticides Control Act relative to the licensing of trade in pesticides. Any person wishing to sell a registered pesticide, or manufacture or import any pesticide, shall send an application to the Registrar in Form 1. Any person wishing to sell restricted pesticides shall send an application to the Secretary in Form I for authorisation to sell the pesticide (reg. 5). Every application received under Regulations 3 and 5 shall be placed by the Registrar before the Board and after making such enquiry as it thinks fit.
