Entry into force notes
This Regional Regulatory Decree enters into force on the day after its publication.
Abstract

This Decree establishes the first amendments to Regulatory Regional Decree No. 8/2015/M establishing the structure of the Regional Secretariat for Environment and Natural Resources (SRA). Amended provisions establish the following matters: new competencies and tasks to be carried out through integrated services in the direct and indirect administration of the Autonomous Region of Madeira; creation of an entity integrated in the public business sector and definition of the orientation of the public participation of the Autonomous Region of Madeira in Regional Agencies; Business sector of the Autonomous Region of Madeira and protected entities; Responsibilities of the SRA to define the orientation of the public participation of the Autonomous Region of Madeira in Regional Agency of Energy and Environment (AREAM) of the Autonomous Region of Madeira, etc. Annex II lays down new top management positions of indirect administration management.
