It regulates professional fishing as well as sport fishing. Articles 3-10 concern sport fishing, which is allowed from one hour before sunrise until one hour after sunset. Article 4 specifies those periods when fishing is not permitted as well as the minimum lenght under which certain fish species may not be harvested.
