Abstract

This Regional Regulation makes provision on fishing in the Venetian shores of the Lake Garda and in the river Mincio. It regulates professional fishing as well as sport fishing. Articles 3-10 concern sport fishing, which is allowed from one hour before sunrise until one hour after sunset. Article 4 specifies those periods when fishing is not permitted as well as the minimum lenght under which certain fish species may not be harvested.
