Abstract

This Regulation makes provision on fishing in the internal waters of Umbria, in accordance with Regional Act No. 44 of 2 December 1998. Article 2 regards the classification of public waters, as per article 5 of Regional Act No. 44 of 1998. Public waters are classified into main waters (which cover the Lakes Trasimeno, Piediluco, the basin Alviano and the basin Corbara) and secondary waters (which are divided into the sub-categories A and B).
