The management of the deer population shall be carried out throughout the programmes and methods hereby described and on a uniform basis. The ACATE shall be subdivided into various areas according to different levels of protection. The Coordinating Commission established by article 5 shall be responsible for the management of the ACATE. Further provisions regard the adoption and content of the management plan (art. 7), the requirements to be met in order to hunt deers (arts. 14 and 15), hunting methods (art. 25), offences and related penalties (art. 27).
