This Regional Order enters into force on 1 January 2015.
Abstract

Nutritional Standards for recipients of social services in inpatient form of social services shall be applicable to adult citizens. Rates of nutrition are calculated per person per day and are based on four meals a day. It is allowed to replace certain foods, dishes and culinary products with products of equivalent composition in accordance with the standards for replacing food products in terms of proteins and carbohydrates, approved by order of the Ministry of Health of the Russian Federation. Nutritional Standards for recipients of social services in semi-inpatient forms of social services shall be applicable to adult citizens. Nutritional Standards for children, orphans, and children left without parental care are calculated per day, with 50% of the daily norm for two meals per day to be applied. The nutritional allowance is per person per day and is calculated for two meals per day. It is allowed to replace certain foods, dishes and culinary products with products of equivalent composition in accordance with the standards for replacing food products in terms of proteins and carbohydrates, approved by order of the Ministry of Health of the Russian Federation.
