This Regional Order enters into force on 1 January 2019.
Abstract

This Regional Order validates: (a) nutritional standards for recipients of social services (excluding minors, including children with disabilities, parents (other legal representatives) of minor children, if the parents (or legal representatives) and (or) their children are found to be in need of social service, citizens who have been subjected to domestic violence, if they are recognized as needing social services in an inpatient form with temporary residence), recipients of social services in inpatient form with temporary residence (Annex 3); (b) nutritional standards for recipients of social services (excluding minors, including children with disabilities, parents (other legal representatives) of minor children, if the parents (or other legal representatives) and (or) their children are found to be in need of social service, citizens who have been subjected to domestic violence, if they are recognized as needing social services in an inpatient form with temporary residence, receiving social services in a semi-permanent form of social services (Annex 4); nutritional standards or underage children, including children with disabilities receiving social services in the inpatient form with temporary residence and in a semi-permanent form of social services (Annex 5).
