Abstract

Vice-president of the Regional Council of Ministers decrees to entitle Regional Ministry of Agriculture with the tasks of the organization of state veterinary control and protection of the regional territory against introduction of infectious animal disease from foreign states and adjacent provinces and regions. Regional Ministry of Agriculture for the purpose of the prevention of the introduction of infectious disease must ensure carrying out systematic veterinary and sanitary control over all state and private enterprises and organizations, as well as over natural persons engaged in trade and purchase activity, procurement, storage, processing and vending of products of animal and vegetable origin.
