Abstract This Legislative Decree is composed of 32 articles and one Annex divided in six Chapters. It establishes the Madeira Institute for Wine and handicrafts. The aim of the Institute is to define, coordinate, and implement the policy of valorization and preservation of wine, vineyard, handicrafts and local typical products and food.
