Abstract

This Legislative Decree defines underwater fishing as sports fishing involving partial or total immersion. Such fishing does not authorize the use of breathing apparatus other than snorkels. It is strictly prohibited to sell, directly or indirectly, fish products. It is also prohibited to use air-compressed guns, and to transport guns outside water. Underwater fishing is prohibited at a distance less than 300 meters from shore lines.
