This Regional Legislative Decree, consisting of 11 articles divided into two Chapters, adapts to the Autonomous Region of Madeira the requirements for tourism entertainment companies, the activity of tourist animation companies and maritime tourism operators, established by Decree-Law No. 108/2009. It establishes the requirements to benefit from the authorization, issued by the Regional Directorate for Tourism, which is entitled to organize and maintain a Regional Register of Tourist Entertainment Companies (CREAT), part of which shall be made available on the website of this Government department. The tourist animation companies that wish to carry out their activity in the Autonomous Region of Madeira, must inform to the Regional Directorate of Tourism, within a maximum period of 8 working days after registration in the National Registry of Tourist Animation Agents (RNAAT), specific information detailed in the text.
