Abstract The scope of this Regional Law shall be legal regulation of apiculture, protection, reproduction and use of bees, apiculture products and wild insects pollinators, promotion of apiculture and protection of rights and interests of natural and legal persons carrying out apiculture and breeding of bees and wild insects pollinators. Owners can place apiaries on condition of compliance with zootechnical, veterinary and sanitary requirements regulating bee keeping (art. 5).
