Abstract This Regional Law establishes unified regional rules for licensing of retail trade of liquors. It establishes the modalities of application for issuance of licence for retail trade of liquors. The period of validity of licence shall not exceed five years and it shall be subject to prolongation for a period of time requested by the applicant but not exceeding five years. Licence shall contain the following information and data: (a) complete name of licence holder – trading organization; (b) location (address); (c) licensed activity; (d) period of validity of licence; (e) date of issuance of licence and reference number.
