Abstract This Regional Law regulates the issues of state support of private subsidiary farming intended as non-commercial non-entrepreneurial activity for production and processing of agricultural commodities. State support shall include financial arrangements such as: (a) partial compensation to purchasing organizations of credits for purchase of agricultural commodities produced by private subsidiary farms; (b) subsidies for credits allocated to private subsidiary farmers; and (c) reimbursement of 50 percent of insurance for damages caused to private subsidiary farming by natural disasters.
