This Regional Law enters into force 10 days after the date of its official publication.
Abstract

This Regional Law regulates the issues of state support of private subsidiary farming intended as non-commercial non-entrepreneurial activity for production and processing of agricultural commodities. State support shall include financial arrangements such as: (a) partial compensation to purchasing organizations of credits for purchase of agricultural commodities produced by private subsidiary farms; (b) subsidies for credits allocated to private subsidiary farmers; and (c) reimbursement of 50 percent of insurance for damages caused to private subsidiary farming by natural disasters.
