Abstract

The present Regional Law determines the modalities of licensing retail trade of liquors, including the modalities of issuing the aforesaid licences. The purpose of licensing retail trade of liquors is to protect the rights and health of the consumers against turnover of adulterated liquors. The document consists of 16 Articles Art. 1 determines the sphere of application of the present Regional Law. Article 2 defines the principal concepts. Article 3 regards validity of licences. Article 4 establishes the duration of licence. Article 5 establishes licensing terms and requirements. Article 6 establishes the modalities of issuing licences and attachments to licences. Article 7 regards licences and forms of licences. Article 8 regards renewal of licences and issuing duplications of licences. Article 9 regards licence fees. Article 10 regards prolongation of licence. Article 11 regards suspension, revocation and cancellation of licences. Article 12 deals with the modalities of carrying out state control over the observance of the present Regional Law. Article 13 deals with licensing activity. Article 14 regards validity of licences issued by other regional executive bodies on the territory of the city of Moscow. Article 15 establishes liability for the infringement of the present Regional Law. Article 16 lays down final provisions.
