Abstract This Regional Law regulates the issues of forest management for hunting purposes. Hunting management shall be considered entrepreneurial activity. Management of forest parcels for hunting purposes shall be performed in accordance with lease contracts in compliance with forest management projects. Forest parcels allocated in lease for hunting management can be used for the following purposes: (a) procurement of forest resources with a view of conservation of biological diversity and ensuring stable and sustainable existence and reproduction of wild fauna species; (b) captive keeping and breeding of wild fauna species; and (c) regulation of the number of wild fauna species subject to hunting.
