Abstract The present Regional Law is aimed at revival of the growing of the best species of grape, meeting the demand of the population in qualitative and safe products of viticulture and wine-making, increase of competitiveness of the aforesaid products, and determines the modalities and forms of state support of viticulture and wine-making. The document consists of 6 Articles Art. 1 regards state support of viticulture and wine-making. Article 2 specifies viticulture zones. Article 3 regards register of grape plantations. Article 4 regards subsidies for looking after young grape and for covering expenditure connected to plantation of the European sheltered grape species. Section 5 regards concession of subsidies for covering expenditure connected with processing of vintage wines and cognac. Section 6 regards entry into force of the present Law.
