Abstract

The present Regional Law was adopted for the purpose of further development of fish-farming and fisheries to be carried out in the inland waters of the region. The list of arrangements includes artificial development of stock enhancement, development of pasturable aquaculture, increase of the production of pond fishes, speeded up development of marketable sturgeon-breeding, development of industrial fish-farming, renewal and raising of manufacturing of fishmeal, ecological safety of the development of aquaculture. The document consists of 7 Articles Art. 1 specifies the target of the Program. Article 2 regards industrial fish-farming. Article 3 regards stock enhancement and industrial fisheries. Article 4 regards output of fish products. Article 5 regards scientific, technical and material substantiation of the Program. Article 6 regards policy in the field of human resources and development of social infrastructure. Article 7 regards trade.
